Associate Engineer (Cyber Security)

Security (Information & Communication Technology) As an Associate Engineer in Cyber Security, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Continuously review and develop the security framework, information security policies, processes, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with vendors to conduct security assessments and penetration tests.
• Identify security gaps and perform threat risk assessments, proposing mitigating measures.
• Standardize and refine security incident response and escalation processes.
• Take action to mitigate and contain threats upon detection.
• Ensure timely escalation of security incidents and non-compliances.
• Work with the IT infrastructure team to evaluate, implement, and enhance network perimeter security, endpoint security, SIEM, secured remote access, MFA, IAM, and PAM.
• Monitor information security alerts, triage, mitigate, and escalate issues as required.
• Provide regular security advisories to end users.
• Manage various aspects of IT security, including network, server, application, endpoint, email, physical access, and logical access security.
• Stay updated on industrial IT security advancements and implement appropriate security enhancements to IT infrastructure and systems.

Requirements: 

• Degree in engineering, science or information technology, or Equivalent education.
