- Client Communication: Excellent liaison with clients and accountants, adept at managing correspondence.
- File Management: Organizes client files via SharePoint, ensuring accessibility.
- Regulatory Compliance: Knowledgeable in ASIC management via CAS 360, ensuring compliance.
- Training Support: Downloads materials, arranges seminars, assists with software.
- Security & Integration: Reviews software integrations, maintains cybersecurity.
- Marketing Assistance: Supports marketing, vets potential clients via Seek, LinkedIn, and Atlas.
- Client Updates: Prepares and disseminates important client updates quarterly.
- Continuous Learning: Attends training webinars, updates staff on system changes.
- Task Management: Proficient in ASANA or similar tools for updates and setups.
- Tax Assessment Monitoring: Monitors Income Tax Assessments, ensures compliance with necessary correspondence
- Oversee job management, including scheduling, setup, collating information, and client and accountant liaison, and update status
- Handle client correspondence and file emails
- Update templates for client correspondence
- Manage files on SharePoint and S & T Drives
- Manage ASIC using CAS 360
- Update and review information in CAS 360
- Download training information from websites for training sessions and book training seminars when required
- Review new software integrations and cyber security updates
- Assist clients in implementing apps/software on personal devices or computers
- Assist with marketing efforts
- Assist with vetting potential new clients by reviewing job ads on Seek & LinkedIn - Atlas
- Prepare important client updates to be emailed out quarterly
- Attend training webinars regarding systems in use and other beneficial systems, and prepare information updates to circulate to staff on any major changes
- Monitor for Income Tax Assessments and prepare e-correspondence
- Update and set up tasks in ASANA
