Job Summary: As a full-stack technical lead, you will be required to complete hands-on development tasks as well as lead a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for guiding the team through the development process, managing resources, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. This role requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers in developing high-quality software solutions.
- Drive the software development process, from planning and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Undertake hands-on development tasks using MEAN, MERN, iOS/Android Development, and AWS/Google Cloud technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Manage project resources efficiently to meet deadlines and project milestones.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in the industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Hands-on experience in MEAN, MERN, iOS/Android Development, and AWS/Google Cloud.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of engineers.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
