Technical Lead - Full Stack [SL260224]

Job Summary: As a full-stack technical lead, you will be required to complete hands-on development tasks as well as lead a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for guiding the team through the development process, managing resources, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. This role requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers in developing high-quality software solutions.
• Drive the software development process, from planning and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Undertake hands-on development tasks using MEAN, MERN, iOS/Android Development, and AWS/Google Cloud technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Manage project resources efficiently to meet deadlines and project milestones.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in the industry.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Hands-on experience in MEAN, MERN, iOS/Android Development, and AWS/Google Cloud.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of engineers.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
