Job Description: As a Cold Call Specialist, you will play a critical role in our sales team. Your main responsibilities will include:- Identifying and contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails.
- Presenting our IT products and service
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients using a provided list of leads.
- Introduce our company's products and services to potential customers in a clear and compelling manner.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening.
- Build and maintain rapport with prospects to establish long-term business relationships.
- Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for our sales representatives.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversion.
- Keep accurate records of interactions with prospects and update our CRM system accordingly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for maximizing sales opportunities.
- Closing sales deals and achieving monthly targets.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest technology trends and product knowledge.
- Proven experience in outbound cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in a B2B sales environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Prior knowledge or interest in IT products and solutions is a plus.
