Job Description: As a Cold Call Specialist, you will play a critical role in our sales team. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Identifying and contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails.
  • Presenting our IT products and service
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients using a provided list of leads.
  • Introduce our company's products and services to potential customers in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Build and maintain rapport with prospects to establish long-term business relationships.
  • Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for our sales representatives.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversion.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions with prospects and update our CRM system accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Closing sales deals and achieving monthly targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest technology trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in outbound cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in a B2B sales environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • Prior knowledge or interest in IT products and solutions is a plus.
