Head of Finance | FMCG Group | Selangor Company overview A well-established FMCG Group that is a strong player in its industry and has a strong presence in Asia and globally are looking to expand their finance team to support and grow with the business. The new role

• Control all aspects of Financial accounting/reporting, governance and controls and business performance analysis.
• Strategic partner to management team and business performance analysis.
• Ensure the smooth operations of finance and analytical systems to support the Group's business objectives.
• Work with Business Unit heads and Finance team to build their timely annual budgets based on regional guidelines and completion of budget with group signed off.
• Performance advisor: Analyse financial and operational results/budget forecast and KPI's against forecast/budget/target/YOY/CAGR and advise on the market's performance
• Role of a strategic partner to help the business understand the competitor landscape analysis,market trends and associated commentary to the Leadership team.
• Role of a Regulatory & Stewardship into Preparation of annual statutory accounts in accordance with all relevant accounting standards & timely completion of external and internal Audits.
• Guide/ Coach and motivate a team of junior finance professionals.

Requirements to succeed You are a qualified chartered accountant with a Degree in Accountancy and/or equivalent professional qualifications, with more than 10 years of relevant experience in audit firm/multinational corporations/FMCG companies with strong FP&A and business partnering experience. You should be familiar with Financial reporting in APAC region, as well as Taxation laws in these markets.
