Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from business users & stakeholders across various business segments and product lines
- Co-create requirements for the creation of products, making sure they are complete and comprehensive
- Groom and refine user stories
- Clearly communicating priorities, sprint goals and acceptance criteria to the scrum team
- Ensure UAT and sign-off from business stakeholders.
- Review test cases and evidence to ensure enough test coverage
- Analyze market trends and sales performance in order to avail informed recommendations for the product
- Have basic understanding of technical knowledge on the product
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 2 years work experience in business analyst role preferred
- Business Analyst in areas of product development
- Ability to challenge established ways of doing business and implement, new improved ways
- Effective gathering and management of customer and business needs, to translate into appropriate user stories and user journeys
- Deep knowledge of digital ways of doing business – today and tomorrow using digital applications and technology
- Teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Must be a strong collaborator, team player and individual contributor
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to build rapport and trust with all levels of an organization to create a comfortable and effective workplace.
- Strong planning and organization skills and able to multi-task effectively to meet tight schedules and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and passion for the user experience.
- Independent, fast learner with a passion for innovation and "can do" attitude
