Hampton's are working in partnership with our Client a well-known and respected Care provider in the South of England. We are supporting them to recruit an Registered Manager who will be responsible for a domiciliary branch that provide the highest standard of care to predominantly Elderly people in the community. If you can see yourself becoming an integral part of an enthusiastic, down to earth team, as well as a GOOD, CQC rating, then we want to hear from you! This is a relatively small branch and so our client are happy to consider experienced care managers or deputy managers looking to take the next step. Salary: Circa £32,000 + Bonus + Company Benefits Hours: 39hours Monday - Friday Location: Bournemouth Area The successful candidate must have:

  • A level 5 Diploma (or happy to work towards completing their level 5) in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience of working at management level within care services.
  • Experience of working within a Domiciliary branch.
  • Enthusiastic attitude towards growing the branch.
  • Full Driving License as this role will require travel.
