What you'll do: As the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the company. You will be responsible for corporate planning, managing equity and debt finance, ensuring compliance with group policies and procedures, preparing forecasts and annual budgets, reviewing project proposals, and ensuring tax compliance. Your strategic thinking abilities will be crucial in evaluating strategies and formulating business plans. Your strong negotiation skills will be utilised in managing financial structures. This role requires a high level of responsibility and commitment.

• Involve in corporate planning including strategy evaluation, budgeting and business planning and financial modelling for entire group
• Manage equity and debt finance including structuring, documentation, origination and completion, including negotiation
• Ensure all financial processes are performed in accordance with the Group policies and standard operating procedures
• Ensure that appropriate internal controls are in place
• Prepare forecast and annual budgets
• Review project and capex proposals
• Prepare tax computation and submission in compliance with regulatory requirements

What you bring: The ideal candidate for this Chief Financial Officer position will bring a wealth of experience from the finance industry. You should have a tertiary qualification in Business/Finance/Accounting/Investment/Economics along with at least 10 years of work experience. Your leadership capabilities should be well-honed from at least five years spent in a similar role. Strong negotiation skills are essential for this position as well as being a team player with strong interpersonal skills. Your ability to deliver results under tight deadlines will be highly valued.

• Tertiary qualification in Business/Finance/Accounting/Investment/Economics
• At least 10 years of work experience, with at least five years in a leadership role
• Strong negotiation skills with a good understanding of current market practice
• Team player with strong interpersonal and project management skills, resourceful, and able to deliver results under tight deadlines
• Written and verbal proficiency in English
• Good presentation and writing skills
