About our client ME (Marine Exhaust)Production provide a varied range of products, services and solutions to clients from a wide range of sectors including the maritime sector, the food industry, the cement industry as well as the offshore and energy sectors. Job Summary This role would require you to:
- Executive all APAC service & orders for MEP, Non-MEP and OPSIS Non-MEP arranged by Service Manager APAC.
- Perform service report as per MEP Service template
- Maintain customer relations and make new relations while onboard for service.
- Participate in service de-briefings with Service Manager APAC.
- Pro-active approach towards additional sales opportunities for service and spare parts.
- Monthly team meetings with Service Manager APAC and Service HQ in Denmark.
- Full responsibility to conduct the service as per agreed scope.
- Willing to travel across China coastline for service (Expect 70-100 travel days per year)
- Customer contact through email, phone etc. to make final arrangement for service.
- Technical support to customers in all relations to the scrubber system.
- Contribute with new inputs to service concepts towards the APAC market.
- Possess a good 3 - 10 years of experience in the similar industry.
- Literacy in English, both spoken and written skills.
- Make analytical service reports.
- Suggest and advice additional values to customers.
- Work by the Service KPI (33% Service, 33% Reporting, 33% Representation).
