  • As the sales executive, you are the first line of contact for walk-in customers to the store. You will make customers feel welcome and assist them in finding the products that most satisfy their needs.
Duties / Responsibilities
  • Welcome and serve customers providing an excellent in-store experience at all times
  • Guide customers by ushering them to appropriate sections in the store based on their needs and interests
  • Be proactively engaged in upselling and maximize sales opportunities in order to achievesales target
  • Maintain the shop floor and visual display high standards, complying with the brand’s merchandising procedures
  • Return all merchandise to the right location after sales
  • Clean up fitting rooms and return garments to racks
  • Balance cash registers with receipts
  • Stay aware of inventory levels and communicate low stock
Skills / Requirements
  • B.Sc / HND Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
  • 2-3 years’ relevant experience in the luxury fashion industry.
  • Experience in fashion, selling across on-floor and digital channels is a key requirements
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Must demonstrate the confidence and ability to relate with customers in a professional way.
