Accounting Manager

Main job scopes: • Manage a portfolio of clients and their set of accounts • Review client's accounts prepared by the team • Resource planning and job allocation • Coach and train staff to be competent in their jobs • Review accounting jobs done client's staff • Monitor staff performance • Monitor work in progress, ensure jobs are completed within timeline • Communicate with clients on their accounting and tax issues Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field • 5+ years of experience in financial reporting and accounting • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices • Experience with financial reporting and analysis • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • ACCA/ CIMA/ CPA/ CA a plus, but not compulsory Benefits: • Competitive salary and benefits package • Opportunity to work with a team of experienced professionals • Chance to learn and grow in a challenging environment • Good performance reward Company information Registration No. 873163-A RF No. JTKSM 573C Employer questions Your application will include the following questions:
