In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting our e-commerce operations and ensuring the smooth execution of our online initiatives. As an E-Commerce Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms. This includes overseeing order fulfillment, inventory management, content management, and coordinating with logistics partners for efficient order delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience and support online campaigns and promotions. Commerce Operations Executive (Maternity Coverage: August 2024 to Feb 2025) Responsibilities § Ensure smooth daily operations, maintain store performance rating high and ensure data accuracy, monitoring and timely reporting. § Create & Monitor daily order fulfilment § Upload/Maintain new product listing § Assist in GWP enrollment § Help monitor if promotions are up and running § Examine promotions after creation to ensure that it was set up correctly § Responsible for stock replenishment on all channels § Monitor order status on all Marketplaces once shipped out § Responsible for claims filing and monitor claims status § Participate in onboarding process, Sellercenter account creation and customer mapping § Sending of accurate and timely data for sales reporting, order processing, promotion accruals, returns and refunds etc. § Liaising with warehouse and platforms on order pickup and other order concerns § Liaising with finance on any payment discrepancies § Help resolve any customer complaints § Weekly returns monitoring and process cancelled orders § Submit billings to finance § Maintain high store performance ratings § Continuously improve processes and practices § 1 to 2 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations, across marketplaces § Critical-thinking and interpersonal skills § Strong communication and problem solving skills § Highly proficient in MS Excel § Self-starter, and can work under pressure § Highly detail oriented § Ability to manage multiple projects and execute under tight deadlines § Ability to work independently
