Company Name: AIA SHARED SERVICES SDN BHD Position Title: Associate / Senior Associate Department / Functional Area: SG Corporate Solutions – Policy Member Maintenance Reports to: Assistant Manager Job Grade/Level GCB 2 Work Location: Cyberjaya Geographical Responsibilities: Singapore Position Objective: Process new business, renewals, and change request from group policy holder as per stipulated benchmark and requirements. Roles and Responsibilities Core Responsibilities:

• Process all incoming requests within the service standard and ensure all processes are done prudently and in accordance to all regulatory and corporate requirements.
• Performing day to day transactions and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness, and timeliness on daily basis.
• Ensure meeting personal quality, productivity, turnaround time, and attendance benchmark.
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirement.
• Ensure team operating efficiency.

Others:

• Correspond and reply via email to business partners or intermediaries on clarification and enquiries on the cases received (if any*)
• Continuously attend/involve with training for personal and career development.

Financial and Non-Financial Measures:

• Ensure that the agreed Individual processing Turn Around Times (TAT) are met or exceeded.
• Ensure that the quality, including presentation and accuracy of service provided, meet or exceed our customer and business partners’ expectations.
• Ensure that the productivity meet or exceed defined minimum performance standards.
• Ensure that the tardiness meet the benchmark

Communication Requirements Internal External Internal:

• Superior/Team Leader

External:

• Correspond and reply enquiries from brokers, agent, third party administrators, and clients.

Minimum Job Requirements: Education – Fresh Graduate(s) of Degree Experience – 1-2 years working experience for Diploma graduate(s) Others –

• Proficient in both written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Office Excel
• Experience in Data Processing/Entry is an added advantage
