Head of Accounting

Job Overview: The Head of Accounting (HOA) is responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial operations of Annata Legal Entities. The HOA ensures that the financial reports are accurate, timely, and compliant with the relevant standards and regulations. The HOA also provides strategic guidance and analysis to the senior management and the board of directors. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present the financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and tax returns.
• Supervise and manage the accounting team and the external auditors.
• Establish and maintain the accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Monitor and analyze the financial performance and cash flow of the organization.
• Ensure compliance with the applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
• Provide financial advice and support to the senior management and the board of directors.
• Identify and implement opportunities for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting and financial processes.
• Stay updated on the latest accounting and financial trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Master's degree or CPA certification preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive accounting and financial management experience.
• Strong knowledge of the accounting principles, standards, and practices.
• Proficient in the use of accounting software (D365) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Leadership and team-building skills.
