  • The candidate will be responsible for providing high service level to existing customers, ensuring customer retention and developing new accounts.
  • to maximize revenue by constantly monitoring activities, pipelines (Planned Budget versus Actual Sales) and develop action plan to close the gap or exceeds target.
  • Operate as lead consultant to propose performance improvement work based on customers’ needs.
  • Attend to customer complaints, improvement program and business review as ways to gather feedback and increase customer engagement
  • Conduct unlocking supply chain and optimization improvement plan for customers.
