The Senior Commercial Support Specialist, SEA6 role will be responsible for driving commercial excellence across wing-to-wing commercial support processes. The role will be focusing on overseeing tender submission, order booking management, and commercial support workflows in the SEA6 region, including Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos, and Brunei.

• tender execution as the single point-of-contact for commercial, modality, service, and sourcing team to ensure tender documentations are drafted in accordance with customer’s requirement to maximize the chance of winning.
• the order booking process, working closely with commercial, modality and functional support teams to ensure customer purchase orders tally with the internal requirements for pricing, configurations, T&C, etc.
• for order pacing forecast and driving continuous improvement in predictability and linearity of order booking.
• back-office support to commercial team during pre-sales such as Know-Your-Customer (KYC), procurement workflow, and field marketing workflow, etc.

Qualifications/Requirements

• 5-year work experience in medical device industry
• experience in commercial support.
• degree in relevant fields
• in English and Bahasa
