Full job description
Job Purpose The job requires a combination of programming and analytical skills to analyze and design detailed system specifications under the supervision of Senior System Analyst. Responsibilities- To involve in system requirement and functional study
- To prepare detailed specifications and document it in the mode of system requirement study (SRS) or/and system development design (SDD)
- To provide an application support during implementation and deployment stage
- To involve in system testing activities
- Ensure all documents produced are based on HeiTech defined standard and compliance eg CMMI
- Gathers data and information on processing steps, workflow, and forms by observing and interviewing staff.
- Studying and documenting present work flow and procedures.
- Writing, testing, and de-bugging less complex programs.
- Preparing system flow diagrams, designing forms and specifications, developing systems procedures.
- Assist in preparing and coordinating system testing
- Providing technical assistance and training to deployment team and end user
- Performing other duties as assigned.
