Job Overview:

Our client seeks avisionary Head of Sales and Marketing to spearhead their strategic initiatives anddrive their growth throughout Southeast Asia. You will be the driving force behind their revenue growth, tasked with spearheading their expansion across Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for a leader who combines expertise in sales and marketing with adeep commitment to innovating revenue-generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy that aligns with company's business goals and leverages their uniquestrengths in the GWP market.
  • Revenue-Driven Strategy Generation : Formulate and execute comprehensivesales and marketing strategies that focus primarily on revenue generation andmarket penetration.
  • C-Suite Networking: Utilise exceptional networking skills to foster and maintainrelationships with C-suite executives, particularly marketing directors acrossmultinational corporations, enhancing business opportunities and strategicpartnerships.
  • Aggressive Revenue Growth : Directly responsible for meeting or exceedingaggressive revenue targets through innovative sales tactics and strategic marketinginitiatives.
  • Marketing Leadership And Brand Enhancement: Oversee the creation andimplementation of innovative marketing campaigns that articulate their brands valueproposition and enhance brand visibility in target markets. Ensuring they are notonly creative and impactful but also tightly aligned with sales strategies to maximizerevenue.
  • Operational and Team Leadership : Build and manage a top-tier sales andmarketing team, fostering a culture focused on achieving sales goals and drivingrevenue.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Cultivate strong relationships with key clients andstakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty, continuously ensuringalignment with revenue goals while exploring avenues for growth and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years of strategic sales and marketing experience, with a proventrack record in leadership roles, preferably within the GWP sector or relatedindustries.
  • Demonstrable expertise in understanding market dynamics and consumer needs in high-volume transaction environments.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring a team andchampioning company's corporate values.
  • Adept at strategic planning, with strong analytical skills and the ability to thinkcreatively and innovatively.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence C-suite level executives, with a robustnetwork of contacts within the industry.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalentpreferred.
