Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and motivated Remote Account Support Manager to join our team at QSR Brands in George Town, Penang. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in account management or customer support. Responsibilities:

1. Manage a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all their needs.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Provide timely and effective support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

5. Analyze account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

6. Develop account strategies and plans to drive revenue and retention.

7. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve. Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

2. Proven experience in account management or customer support.

3. Strong communication and persuasion skills.

4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

5. Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
