Target : Easy and gradual sales targets to meet. Compensation: ·$500 reward per month (paid if sales target is achieved)·25% to 35% commission on each closed sales deal (even if the sales target is not met)·Annual performance bonus awarded to top achievers who consistently exceed targets and have been employed for more than one year. Role Overview: Tera Systems is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales and Marketing Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of extensive experience in Sales and Marketing within the SaaS B2B sector, demonstrating a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and market expansion. The Senior Sales and Marketing Partner will play a pivotal role in spearheading our sales and marketing efforts independently, leveraging their expertise to develop and execute strategic initiatives that propel Tera Systems to new heights. Key Responsibilities: ·Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. ·Utilize sales tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, VoIP third-party diallers, and email marketing tools to optimize outreach and maximize lead generation. ·Create and manage the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), defining the firmographic, environmental, and behavioural attributes of accounts expected to become the company's most valuable customers. ·Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer acquisition and retention. ·Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence. ·Demonstrate exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively articulate value propositions, negotiate agreements, and address client needs. ·Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for growth. ·Develop and execute sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to monitor progress and ensure targets are met. ·Prospect and engage with potential B2B clients to understand their needs and promote our SaaS website service, specializing in QR code technology. ·Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of our service. ·Negotiate terms and close sales deals with B2B clients. ·Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and promote long-term partnerships. ·Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, with a focus on SaaS B2B solutions. Proven track record of success in leading sales and marketing initiatives, achieving revenue targets, and driving business growth. Extensive knowledge of sales tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and VoIP third-party dialers. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Expertise in business development, with a keen understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. Familiarity with USA and English-speaking markets, with a demonstrated ability to adapt strategies accordingly. Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and execute sales forecasts and strategies.
