Head of Human Resources Position Overview: Head of Human Resources plays a pivotal role in shaping and implementing human resources strategies that align with the organization's goals. This leadership position provides HR business partnership support to the Directors and Business Unit Heads. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic HR Leadership: - Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall objectives. - Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning. - Implement effective policies and procedures around the full employee life cycle from hire-to-retire. - Provide strategic direction to improve workforce productivity and efficiency. 2. Talent Management: - Lead efforts to attract, develop, and retain top talent. - Design and implement robust performance management systems to drive organizational growth and continuous improvement. 3. Employee Engagement: - Foster a positive workplace culture uplifting employee service and experience. - Implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and work-life balance. 4. Organizational Development: - Drive organizational change initiatives and development programs. - Work closely with leadership to ensure alignment between organizational structure and business objectives. 5. Learning and Development: - Develop and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. - Facilitate continuous learning and development opportunities throughout the organization. 6. Employee Relations: - Address employee concerns and grievances in a fair and timely manner. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. 7. Compensation and Benefits: - Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs. - Monitor industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitive in the talent market. 8. HR Analytics: - Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and measure HR effectiveness. - Provide insights into workforce trends and areas for improvement. Qualifications and experience: - Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role. - Master's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field. - Globally recognized certification in HR is preferred. Skills: - Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives. - Demonstrated success in performance management, organizational development and change management.
