As a Research Analyst on the team, you'll help create robust research for trending topics in the cryptocurrency industry, especially on DeFi. You will perform research alongside a senior research.

• You have interest in crypto and decentralized finance (DeFi) – knowledge of existing successful DeFi protocols is appreciated
• You have interest to read and learn how a Defi protocol works, including the finance and economic theory behind it
• You have good Excel skills
• You have a Finance or Economics degree (or similar field)
• You have advanced good speaking and writing English

What your future working looks like

• You will conduct research for trending topics in the cryptocurrency industry, especially on DeFi.
• You will assist the senior research for data collection, Excel table construction, searching announcements and updates of projects, etc.
• You will write internal project notes and draft (public) blog/twitter posts about your research and relevant topics.
• Assist the fund manager in real fund management activities, such as maintaining a client portfolio and joining for client calls.
• A fully remote team and culture.
