Job Description: We are looking for a passionate, diligent, ambitious, and reliable junior / mid-level front-end developer to join us. We are offering a full-time position (Karachi Office), excellent working conditions, and career progression, working closely with the Director and CEO! Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated junior / Mid level Front End Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in React, Node, Express.js, NEXT.js, unit tests, understanding of infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines, and understanding of code versioning tools. Responsibility:
- Develop interactive and responsive web applications using React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Collaborate with design teams to implement UI/UX designs that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in frontend development.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth application performance.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in web development
- Strong experience in React, Next.js, Node, and Express.js.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme) is a plus.
- Familiarity with server-side rendering and SEO best practices is a plus.
