  • Develop and execute a comprehensive operational strategy aligned with the company's overall goals, driving efficiency and scalability across all functions.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the executive team, fostering a cohesive and results-driven organizational culture.
  • Introducing / Improving architectures of the platforms
  • Overlook departments and set up new departments as needed
  • Provide regular and comprehensive reports to senior management, detailing key performance indicators, strategic initiatives, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align operational activities with overall business objectives.
  • Arrange regular meetings with senior management for updates
Financial Management:
  • Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial health and sustainability.
  • Implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Overlook monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting and present it to senior level managers along with the finance team
  • Approve budgets and ensure efficient spending
  • Hire financial agencies for services as needed
Marketing & Brand Strategy:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement brand strategies, ensuring a compelling online presence and driving customer acquisition and retention.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and partnerships.
  • Manage end-to-end sale planning including ads, content, influencer, website, logistics, stock availability etc
  • Keep up with marketing trends and changing algorithms.
Product development:
  • Lead the product development strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative beauty products to market.
  • Ensure the alignment of product offerings with market trends, customer preferences, and brand identity
  • Work with suppliers on products and ingredients
  • Conduct beta tests before releasing product into market
  • Get relevant certifications for products
  • Work with team on product design and packaging
Logistics and Supply Chain
  • Optimize supply chain and logistics operations for efficient inventory management and timely product delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with supplier and logistics partners to enhance overall supply chain effectiveness.
  • Frequently visit warehouse to ensure operations are handled smoothly
  • Ensuring stock and inventory is sufficient to meet demand
Human Resource and Team Leadership
  • Lead the hiring and development of a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee HR functions, ensuring the well-being andprofessional growth of employees.
Customer Service Excellence
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional customer service.
  • Analyze customer feedback and drive improvements in service delivery.
Product launches
  • Work with suppliers to develop new products according to market trends and customer demand
  • Get new products tested by beta testers and gather feedback
  • Work on product packaging and ingredients
  • Work on social media and digital launch strategy including ads, content creation, influencer collaborations, photo and video shoots, launch events
  • Work with team to ensure website is aligned with launch
  • Ensure stock availability
Retail, distribution and expansion
  • Overlook our retail and salon partners and ensure smooth operations
  • Work with distributors to stock products across different retail stores and salons
Admin
  • Keep all documents, drives and records up to date
  • Ensure office is running smoothly
  • Oversee administrative functions, including office facilities, supplies, and day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth working environment.
  • Streamline administrative processes and implement efficiency improvements.
Must Have:
  • Bachelors degree from a renown university
  • Excellent and impeccable English & grammar
  • Proven track record in executive leadership roles overseeing diverse operational functions within the e-commerce or beauty industry.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive operational improvements and scalable solutions.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
  • Experience in rotationally working for different departments including operations, marketing, legal, finance, product
  • Exceptional creativity and innovation
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Experience in international market expansion, product development, and legal compliance is a significant plus.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
  • Strong contacts in the beauty, e-commerce and retail industries
  • Willing to travel for work
  • Willing to be available on slack after working hours and on weekends.
  • Willing to stay overtime on days when shoots are being conducted at the office.
Other Details :
  • Experience: 6-10 years
  • Work Timings: 9am-6pm, 24/7 availability on Slack
  • Work Days: Monday- Friday
  • Work Mode: Onsite
