Job details
MBA preferably in Finance / ACCA with 02 Years of qualification experience. Knowledge of Regulatory Frame work will be considering as an added advantage. Responsibilities:
- Review complaints and its responses received from the concerned departments to prepare case files and submit as per the standards, rules and regulations.
- Analyze and obtain evidences required to justify the SSGC instances and prepare responses for OGRA.
- Preparation of monthly MIS reports on OGRA consumer attend hearings along with Senior Executive regarding Consumer Complaints at OGRA offices.
- Assist senior management in documenting responses to OGRA related queries and complaints under complaints resolution regulations procedures.
- Assist in Regulatory and statutory obligations are met, including accurate and timely processing within the framework of the regulations for review by senior management.
- Coordinate sensitive and escalated complaints ensuring senior managers are briefed where appropriate.
- Comply with the risk management framework.
- Undertake any other assignment as instructed by senior management.
