M 214 EH A(M40) Position: Production Supervisor Company Background: Concrete product supplier Salary Package: RM2200RM3500 Working Location: Kayu Ara Pasong 82010 Pontian Johor Malaysia Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday (8.30am5.00pm) Benefits: Accommodation Work Life Balance EPF SOCSO Annual Leave & Sick Leave Job Responsibilities: Report to the Production Executive To lead the production operatives within the assigned production line establishing and maintaining high standards of performance. Responsible for leading and coordinating the production of assigned mould including activities of SubContractor to achieve production within the day and to the quality standard required. Supervision in the daily production of precast concrete to meet with the production schedule. Ensure sufficient of raw material of daily usage in accordance to daily production schedule reporting to immediate superior if needed. Prepare and conduct mould inspection and prepour inspection on daily basis prepare checklist and relevant inspection reports. Maintain productions documentation wellrecords. Ensuring the plant production operation work instructions and procedures are strictly followed. Closely standing supervision of concrete pours and check continuously of finishes surface towards conformance to specifications and standards. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements if needed. To ensure that workers are adequately skilled and experienced in following and understanding correct production methods. Maintain and implement quality control system in the factory and project sites by following the project quality manual and standard operating procedures set by the company. Liaising with Production Departments member and subcontractors for any nonconformance for prepour inspection trains workers whenever necessary and as required. Any other tasks which may be assigned by the management from time to time. Job Requirements: Diploma in Civil Engineering and/ or equivalent. At least 2 years experience in quality control in precast industry. 13 years of Experience in HDB Project in precast industry will be added advantage Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel etc.) Possess problemsolving analyzing and reporting skills.
