Experience

4 -5 years’ experience, preferably in the health sector. Experience of working with international/national organizations and government agencies in the same capacity. Person will be required to join the office on urgent basis soon after he/she is offered the position.

Education

Master Degree in Public Health/Related Field OR Master’s Degree in Social/Management Sciences or relative subject.

Job Description

TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES : 1) Manage district office/district level team. 2) In collaboration with teams, conduct need assessments and surveys. 3) Maintain close liaison with district counterparts on all technical and operational aspects of the program. 4) In line with the approved WPTM and targets develop quarterly and monthly plans and share with program manager. 5) Provide regular feedback to program manager on regular basis. 6) In coordination with the district health authorities, identify & map health facilities/centers at district & community level and ensure these are following SOPs as per the agreed plan. 7) In coordination with the district health authorities, organize capacity building training, workshop, meetings for the staff of public and private health facilities on project interventions. 8) Monitoring all project related activities at the district & community level. 9) Regularly organize coordination meetings, share meeting minutes with Program Manager and act on action points raised in the meetings. 10) Ensure that monthly reports are prepared and collected form relevant stake holders and submitted timely to Program Manager. 11) Maintain all program data bases (MIS, training and log data) timely at district level. 12) Participate in all IPC and other relevant trainings and meetings in the district 13) To conduct monitoring & supervisory visits to health facilities/focal persons at district level providing related project services. 14) Strictly follow monthly and quarterly program implementation plans. 15) Prepare monthly reports as per the need of the program. 16) To provide data in orderly manner for quarterly progress update. 17) Carry out any other program related task assigned by the supervisor 18) Any other task assigned by supervisor. #J-18808-Ljbffr
