Ibex, for one of it's client, is looking to hire Senior API Support Analyst. Responsibilities:

• To provide support with new integrations
• Onboard new partners to existing API platform
• Contribute to the maintenance and development of knowledge base including troubleshooting guide and FAQ's
• Handle some system configuration (follow SOP as per client’s directives)
• Supervise the ticketing systems like Salesforce and Jira
• Communicate with technical and non-technical audiences about the API capabilities
• Monitor and rectify issues that arise in our API platforms and other systems.
• Address and resolve concerns, issues and questions for both internal clients and external partners in a professional & timely manner
• Manage client expectations in a sincere and realistic manor and report and escalate where needed

Requirements :

• Bachelors Degree in CS
• 1-3 Years experience in API onboarding and support
• Familiar with Jira/Confluence/Postman
• Able to read API logs and troubleshoot issues with POS integrations
