As a member of our Software Engineering Group you will dive head-first into creating innovative solutions that advance businesses and careers. You’ll join an inspiring and curious team of technologists dedicated to improving the design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming that goes into creating high quality software and new products. You’ll be tasked with keeping the team and other key stakeholders up to speed on the progress of what’s being developed. Coming in with an understanding of the importance of end-to-end software development-such as Agile frameworks-is key. And best of all, you’ll be working with and sharing ideas, information and innovation with our global team of technologists from all over the world. Should have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or masters in computer science MSc or masters in computer applications (MCA) or Masters in Technology (M Tech) with Minimum 6+ years relevant experience in Java and 2+ in Cloud Tech Stack Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Mandatory hands-on experience on core Java, Spring and REST services and Kubernetes
  • Strong Java, J2EE and Micro services development experience.
  • J2EE & Object Oriented Design Patterns
  • Decent experience in Database both relational and distributed
  • Mandatory hands-on Cloud Technology. Containers and K8s are Optional
  • Development Expertise - Web Applications, Server Side, User Interfaces (optional for API dev.), Enterprise Integrations using REST
  • Strong technical development experience on effectively writing code, code reviews, best practices code refactoring, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages
  • Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
  • A delivery focused approach to work and the ability to work without direction
  • Experience with various source control tools like GIT, Bitbucket
  • Good to have hands-on experience on Kafka or any Streaming Technology.
  • Good to have experience in Splunk, Dynatrace tools
  • Experience in Agile development lifecycle methodology
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Good understanding of Jenkins CI/CD, Maven/Gradle
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
  • Good Team Player
Job responsibilities
  • Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems
  • Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems
  • Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code development
  • Gathers, analyzes, synthesizes, and develops visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systems
  • Proactively identifies hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture
  • Build content and data-driven enterprise-level web application that works for Multiple clients in multiple countries.
  • Prototype and develop new ideas and participate in all parts of the life-cycle from research to release.
  • Involved in team discussions for technical architecture of front-end and back-end frameworks. Design and develop Rest APIs.
