Responsibilities:
- Configure, customize and test NetSuite ERP to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Perform application implementations and upgrades.
- Develop and maintain custom workflows and processes in NetSuite.
- Create custom dashboards and reports for the departments and senior management.
- Design and built integrations to other applications.
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement timely resolutions.
- Stay current with NetSuite updates, trends, and best practices.
- Writes technical procedures and documentation for the applications including operations, user guide, etc.
- Proven experience as a NetSuite Developer or similar role, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP modules, including Financial Management, CRM, and SuiteAnalytics.
- Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and other NetSuite customization tools.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- NetSuite certification(s) is a plus.
- Must have excellent English written and verbal communication.
