Useful Information: Job Type: Onsite/ Full Time Timings: Monday to Saturday Key Purpose: We are looking on behalf of our client for the position of Senior Finance Officer who will be responsible for; Key Accountabilities:
  • Preparing Financial Statement, Income Statement, Balance Sheet.
  • Regularly reporting Sales & receivables, expense and any other report required by the management.
  • Verify tax deductions as per applicable tax rules.
  • Using manual & computerized book keeping systems to maintain & balance financial records.
  • Supervisor to ensure payments are properly recorded on the tracking sheet.
  • Maintains current knowledge of local government requirements related to financial matters and ensures compliance with tax regulations and other legal requirements.
  • Closely monitors all financial activities and keeps the Finance Manger advised on all situations which have the potential for a negative impact on internal controls or financial performance.
  • Manages the finance staff activities and schedules to meet the financial reporting requirements and deadlines.
  • As required establishes finance and supporting function policies, systems, and procedures, and directs or performs their development, documentation, and implementation.
  • Review payment vouchers to ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation.
Essential Qualifications: Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree from HEC recognized University/ Foreign University. Professional Experience: Minimum 03 of experience in a similar functional domain. Behavioral Skills and Competencies: The candidate must have the following qualities:
  • Understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks related to accounting processes and financial management
  • Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems to maintain financial records.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
Note:
  • Should be Karachi Resident or currently working in Karachi.
  • Experience of the individual shouldn't be more than 07 Years.
  • Preference will be given to the candidates who can join immediately.
