Contact-Center Engineer profile. Scripting and Java-Script experience/knowledge. Total at least 5 years’ experience in IT field. Microsoft TEAMS/Microsoft Azure (SharePoint online) certified. End-to-End solution expert (Validation, implementation, design). Team player, Commitment, extra-mile attitude, working under stress.
