DevOps Engineer

Job Description:- Working together with IoT R&D Team to:-

• Ensure our Digital Ocean cloud based infrastructure is highly available, scalable, reliable, and runs efficiently.
• Participate in our CI/CD efforts, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery pipelines for software releases.
• Collaborate with team members on the implementation of IaC tools like Terraform for managing infrastructure components.
• Support containerization efforts using Docker and assist in managing containers with orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to incorporate DevOps best practices into our development process.
• Contribute to maintaining security practices and measures throughout the infrastructure.
• Implement and enforce security measures to protect cloud environments, including identity and access management, data encryption, and compliance with security standards and regulations
• Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, analyze usage patterns, and optimize resource utilization to improve cost efficiency and system performance.
• Identify and resolve cloud-related incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to minimize future occurrences.
• Monitor and control cloud-related costs, identify cost optimization opportunities, and implement cost-saving measures.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and standard operating procedures, to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure effective system administration.

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar role.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Proficiency in infrastructure provisioning tools like Terraform.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Digital Ocean).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for collaboration.
