Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced GM Corporate Sales with a background in Real Estate, Banking, Telecommunication, or Insurance to generate business in the corporate sector. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in corporate sales, adept at building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to generate bulk sales in the corporate sector and achieve corporate sales targets. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the corporate client base. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with corporate clients. - Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management. Requirements: - Master’s / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. - Preferably 7-9 years of proven experience in corporate sales in Real Estate, Banking, Telecommunication, or Insurance or minimum 5 years of experience. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
