We're seeking a Fraud Risk Lead at HugoBank to join our dynamic team in addressing the growing challenges of fraud in Pakistan's rapidly evolving digital financial landscape. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive fraud risk assessments across all digital platforms to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats
- Develop and implement robust fraud prevention and detection strategies tailored to the digital banking environment
- Manage the fraud risk team, overseeing investigations and ensuring quick responses to fraud incidents
- Align all fraud prevention efforts with regulatory standards and industry best practices
- Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to enhance fraud detection technologies and infrastructure
- Provide training and guidance to bank staff on fraud awareness and prevention techniques
- Prepare detailed reports for senior management on the status and outcomes of fraud management efforts
- Bachelor's or master's degree
- Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in fraud risk management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective fraud prevention systems and strategies
- Strong analytical skills and experience with digital fraud detection technologies
- Excellent leadership abilities and communication skills
