The Manager Finance – Medical Tourism is responsible for Consolidate and Separate Financial Reporting of the Company’s Medical Tourism business segment. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain the Company’s chart of accounts & general ledger to ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
  • Ensure that Revenue and Cost of Sales are recognized in the accounting books & records in accordance with the Company’s Revenue Recognition Policy.
  • Review the monthly bank reconciliations and ensure that all reconciling items are cleared on a timely basis in accordance with the Company’s accounting policies. Ensure that the accounting books & records are updated on a timely basis to reflect all cash and bank transactions.
  • Maintain the fixed asset records/registers and related depreciation accounts, and ensure that the all transactions relating to fixed assets including, acquisition, disposal, retirement, depreciation etc… are properly reflected in the accounting books & records in accordance with the Company’s accounting policies.
  • Assist in the timely and accurate preparation, presentation and delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements to the concerned parties (senior management, corporate head office, Board auditors etc.) as per accounting policy requirements, expected standards and agreed timeframes/deadlines.
  • Assistance during the completion of the annual audit of the Company’s financial statements.
  • Liaise with the bankers and other business units in respect of operational issues affecting the accounts receivables department.
  • Manage and update the required information for management reporting on sales, outstanding debts, receipts/collections of medical tourism department for management.
  • Review of financial terms of all agreement before signoff and to provide input accordingly
  • Liaison with vendors for reconciliations and other related matters
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
  • Cost & Management Accountant/Chartered Accountant or ACCA
  • Minimum 08 years’ relevant experience with at least 3 years in the Managerial Position in a medium to large sized organization.
