As a Product Manager in Digital Authentication Product Group, Consumer and Community Banking you will lead the end-to-end product life cycle, establish the target state, omni-channel authentication platform, and act as the voice of the customer in the Product Manager role for the Digital Authentication Product Group. As a core leader, you are responsible will lead efforts to establish our target state, omni-channel authentication platform and will be acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. You will be responsible for establishing a book of work, based on product priorities, for your platform technology partners, utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams your goal will be to ensure the team automates recurring work, which will allow the team to expand our support of customer facing area products and deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. Job Responsibilities: Partners with Area Product Owners and product team for ongoing refinement of product backlog and execution of the product roadmap Defines and presents strategy for features, write epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and participate in all agile events of the product group as a team member Acts as voice of the customer and drive product vision Manages existing product features and actively lead the research definition and development of new features to advance the product roadmap Works with other product teams, legal, risk, operations, design and technology teams to define, prioritize, deliver and align solutions to product vision and roadmap Acts as subject matter expert with respect to Customer Identity and Access Management processes and supporting applications/capabilities Supports feature teams with MVP, testing, user experience testing, product backlog refinement, research and other duties as assigned Supports Product Owners and Area Product Owners with developing business cases and/or measuring/improving operational results Identifies and partners with business stakeholders to implement changes in operational policies, process flows, procedures, and specialist tools and customer messages Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 5+ years of Product delivery experience in Digital Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Experience working with globally distributed scrum teams In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles, including use of Agile project management tools (i.e., Confluence, JIRA, Git, etc.) Ability to manage backlog and dependency tasks with Authentication Product APG’s and external Products Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills Excellent organizational, time and project management skills Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Agile/Scrum certifications is a plus JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
