• Sales Development: Actively seek new business opportunities in outstation territories to expand market share and achieve sales targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients wholesalers and distributors ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Daily Reporting: Provide detailed and accurate daily reports on sales activities customer interactions and market feedback to the Headquarter Sales Manager.
• Task Scheduling: Plan and organize daily sales activities including client visits meetings and product demonstrations adhering to the schedule provided by the Headquarter Sales Manager.
• Market Analysis : Monitor local market trends competitor activities and customer preferences providing valuable insights to the Headquarter Sales Manager for strategic decisionmaking.
• Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
• Communication: Maintain regular communication with the Headquarter Sales Manager keeping them informed about the progress challenges and opportunities in the outstation territories.
• Product Knowledge: Possess a comprehensive understanding of the FMCG product portfolio ensuring effective communication of product features and benefits to clients.
• Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with clients wholesalers and distributors ensuring alignment with company goals and policies.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
• Participate in any sales activities when needed. i.e. warehouse sales food exhibition etc. To carry out any other duties responsibilities as assigned by the Management as required.

• Able to converse in English Mandarin and Malay.
• Have own transports and willing to visit client .
