Setting monitoring and achieving HR targets. Managing recruitment onboarding and exit procedures. The incumbent personnel will oversee and lead the overall human resource in the sensemaking of organizations strategic and operational environment. Handle full spectrum of HR function & Admin function. Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in human resources management or equivalent. Must have HR experience in manufacturing industry Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues. Experience in conflict resolution disciplinary processes and workplace investigations. Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws. At least 5 years of experience in HR and Admin especially in recruiting processes to understand the right processes. Remote Work : No
