We are hiring a Quality Specialist for one of our main factories on the 6th of October - Egypt. Who are you ? The Quality Specialist role should possess exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to quality assurance and safety management. - Designing, implementing, and refining quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Performing regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitoring and analyzing quality metrics and performance indicators to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Developing and delivering training programs on quality assurance, quality control, and safety protocols for employees at all levels.
- Managing documentation and record-keeping related to QA and QC processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Leading investigations into quality incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing preventive measures to mitigate risks.
- Staying updated with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements in quality management and safety standards.
- Promoting a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement throughout the organization by fostering awareness and accountability.
- Collaborating with external stakeholders, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure alignment with quality and safety standards.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field - Quality management certifications (e.g. Six Sigma, ISO) are a plus.
- Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, and safety management
- Strong understanding of QA and QC principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence change.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously & Commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and staying updated with industry trends and best practices
