Job Description

• Craft and update job descriptions
• Responsible for job posting and advertisement processes.
• Send job offers to the selected candidate salary and benefits approved from top management.
• Organize candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed
• Complete reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)
• Organize our employee referral process, including asking for referrals.
• Implements new hired orientation.

Job Requirements

• Work experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition, HR recruiter or similar role in Construction Field  
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation
• Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular)
• Excellent organizational skills
• BSc degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
