Job Description
We're hiring for "The First Manufacturing Shared Services Center" in Egypt that pertains to one of the big International companies! We're looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to handle the following: Key Responsibilities:- Managing the accounts payable service delivery: function that covers: Account payable, Invoice processing, Travel & Expenses.
- Training and supervision of accounts payable team members. Manage and distribute the workload across the team to ensure KPIs are met.
- Reporting on financial records and lead the month-end closing process.
- Improve and enforce company budgets, financial policies, and processes.
- Supervise routine tasks like processing payroll & T/E process.
- Build and foster relationships with staff, suppliers, shareholders, and clients. Client management, stakeholder management.
- 8+ years of experience in Accounts Payable function
- Shared Services Center experience is a MUST
- Fluent English
- SAP knowledge & hands-on experience is a MUST
- People management experience for at least 2 years
- Excellent communication & leadership competencies
- Go-getter mindset
- Ability to establish the function from scratch
- A leader who can set a strategy & ensure its implementation
