What Makes You A Fit: 5 plus years of experience as a Compensation AnalystMust have global compensation and experience with annual compensation planning cycle administrationAdvanced MS Excel skills ( V-Look ups, pivot tables, formulas, data consolidation) Effective communicator who is client service orientedCertified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation or working towards itWhat Makes This A Great Opportunity:You will have the flexibility of working remotely apart from 2 onsite days a monthThis role is due to a promotionThis Director, Total Rewards supports her employees with career and personal growth.
