This role will be responsible for the development and execution of a Business Development strategy to spearhead Bramble’s lumber sales efforts. This strategy will position Brambles as the lumber supplier of choice for our customers by providing relevant customer solutions that deliver unparalleled value, and help Brambles drive sustainable and profitable growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the lumber industry. As the Business Development Senior Manager, the position will be responsible for creating the strategy, identifying market opportunities, and executing plans to successfully penetrate the American market Essential Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred Requirements Mandatory experience in lumber market 10 years + general business experience with experience in senior commercial role and business development and marketing roles. Proven track record in business development and sales, preferably in the lumber products industry or related sectors. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing team. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders. Strategic mindset with a demonstrated ability to think analytically and develop innovative business strategies. Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset. Knowledge of the American lumber market, including customer preferences, industry regulations, and distribution channels.
