Qualification: Education: BBA/MBA in Sales/Marketing or relevant discipline Experience: 2-4 years of experience in the construction or manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities: ·Conduct Project study with Customers & prepare and recommend the most productive and cost-effective solution to them. ·Analyze Customer buying behaviors and look after their future requirements and related data. ·Make healthy relationships with customers and update complete information in the customer directory. ·Sell HILTI products to end users. ·Source and sell to prospective customers in public, commercial, and consumer sectors; to generate sales revenue and gross profit as per agreed targets and time scale. ·Prioritize the needs of the customer and the business to keep customers satisfied. ·Actively seeking out new sales opportunities, and new business customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques. ·Research on competitors' products, prices, and their marketing insights. ·Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements. ·Ascertains skilled sales staff with training and development. ·Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day sales. ·Manage Marketing and pricing. ·Provide clear sales direction and focus by implementing initiatives in line with company strategy. ·Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns. ·Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. ·Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. ·Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and other content, establishing personal networks, benchmarking best practices, and participating in professional and industry organizations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
