Expert Accounts Payable - Islamabad

We are looking for someone who is energetic, open to accept challenge, love to work with a dynamic team and is not constrained by conventional practices and is able to think out of the box. This role is responsible for invoice booking in oracle, verifying employee expense claims as per company policy and will coordinate with internal teams to clear unapproved invoices. The role reports directly to the Stream Head Accounts Payables and has 02 people reporting directly into it with an extended team of 14 team members. What does an Expert Accounts Payable do?· Understanding SLAs, SOPs and Policies · Vetting of Invoices & Expense claims · Booking of Invoices in oracle · Follow-up on approval awaited invoices · Resolution of internal/vendors queries · Monthly reporting · Invoice booking with accuracy as per company policies and procedures. · Vetting of employee expense claims as per company policies. · Preparation & sharing of pending invoices status with HQ teams · Proactively identify process deficiencies and provide proposals on the process improvement · Provide input for monthly service review meeting · Weekly Pending invoices overview Jazz is an equal opportunity employer.
