Job Description: We are looking for a passionate, diligent, ambitious, and reliable junior / mid-level front-end developer to join us. We are offering a full-time position (Karachi Office), excellent working conditions, and career progression, working closely with the Director and CEO! Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated junior / Mid level Front End Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in React, Node, Express.js, NEXT.js, unit tests, understanding of infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines, and understanding of code versioning tools. Responsibility: Develop interactive and responsive web applications using React.js, Next.js, and Node.js. Collaborate with design teams to implement UI/UX designs that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to coding standards. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic. Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in frontend development. Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth application performance. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field A minimum of 2 years of experience in web development Strong experience in React, Next.js, Node, and Express.js. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme) is a plus. Familiarity with server-side rendering and SEO best practices is a plus.
