Site Name: Pakistan - Sindh - Karachi Posted Date: May 2 2024 Job Purpose Act as OneHR with HR Embedded to understand the strategic objectives and respond to the business needs within the country with no harm on People Services interest. Ensuring team performance meet all agreed service standards & playing as a key role in promoting global HR systems usage and capability by ensuring HR, line managers and employees make efficient and effective use of them (especially Workday, ServiceNow, Service Portal). Education, Experience & Skills
- Bachelors or Master degree in HR
- 5 - 7 years of overall HR experience, preferably in HR shared service type of organization, international structures and multicultural environment with 2-3 years of experience in an HR Operations leading role.
- Team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor and support the development of less experienced members (new joiners).
- Strong networking, planning and organizational skills with a demonstrated capability to manage complex projects with short timelines.
- Monitoring and managing operational dashboards to ensure KPIs are met.
- Managing and approving Payroll cycles to ensure timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
- Developing and managing BCP for critical activities during emergencies and planned leaves.
- Development of HR capabilities, talent, and succession within HR People Services
- Ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR People Services activities are met and compliant.
- Being an Escalation Point for People Services in country to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Acting as a point of contact for other teams and functions within People Services.
- Ensuring effective HR Service Delivery Model.
- Ensuring geographical and cultural sensitivities for any required system/process changes in region or in country are appropriately managed.
- Defining or overseeing the development and implementation of local, regional and global HR policies and processes in country, driving process standardization, simplification and improvement and ensuring appropriate controls are in place and monitored.
- Making sure CI opportunities are constantly identified and followed up and realized.
- Partnering with HR Embedded and Regional Employee Relations team to support employee relations in country and risk management of HR activities.
- Leading People Services projects in the country (e.g. organizational change or implementation of Workday improvements).
