We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer with a background in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering, or BS Computer, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SIM card manufacturing processes, GSMA SAS (Secure Accreditation Scheme), process optimization, product development, and quality assurance.   Responsibilities

• Utilize expertise in SIM card manufacturing processes, including GSMA SAS accreditation requirements, ISO/IEC 7816 standards, and industry requirements.
• Implement and optimize hardware security modules to enhance product security, in compliance with GSMA SAS.
• Identify process inefficiencies, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions for process optimization.
• Lead product design, development, and testing activities, utilizing design software and prototyping tools.
• Develop and maintain Java-based applications and databases to support product development and testing.
• Ensure high-quality SIM card production through proficient quality management principles, testing methodologies, and statistical analysis techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering, or BS Computer.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in relevant fields.
• Familiarity with SIM card manufacturing processes, GSMA SAS accreditation, standards (such as ISO/IEC 7816), and industry requirements.
• Knowledge of hardware security modules.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and conduct root cause analysis.
• Experience in product design, development, and testing, with proficiency in design software and prototyping tools.
• Proficiency in Java and databases.
• Demonstrated expertise in quality management principles, testing methodologies, and statistical analysis techniques.
