IT Technician - Sao Paulo

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT Technician to join our team and for the Wipe Load/Asset Reimaging Program. This project involves reimagining devices by wiping out the current operating system and installing Windows 11. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and secure transition of devices to the new operating system. Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough wipe loads on devices to remove the current operating system.
• Install and configure Windows 11 on a variety of devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the reimaging process.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruption to end-users.
• Document and maintain records of all reimagined devices.

• Proven experience in IT support or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, with expertise in installing and configuring Windows 11.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with device reimaging processes and best practices.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining data integrity throughout the reimagining process.
